Quilt in Progress
I wrote a long post gushing about how happy I am to be quilting again.
I deleted it.
I think all you want to see is the pictures.
I hope to get this quilt finished in time for this show.
Sew! Sew! Sew!

Gorgeous! Do you use a fusible for your appliques?
I'll answer Mary's question...Yes, and she uses Wonder-Under. She holds the very first diploma from the Chicago School of Fusing. And has been a member of the faculty for years.

Go Emily! You're a brave lass. You do remember that Halloween is next week, right?
I was going to say that yes, we do want to read about how happy you are to be quilting again, but then I saw the show dates. You obviously have no time to be writing posts. (Or reading comments!)
Do post the finished piece, though!
you are going to be stitching your brains out, How big is this going to be, not as big as many of your other huge quilts i would think. but i don't know, you do knit pretty fast...
Gorgeous. I can't wait to see how it develops.
Truly beautiful Emily!
ohhh and ahhhh such a beautiful start! Gorgeous as always. I hope I can manage to find time to attend the show. If I do I will certainly stop by and say a hello.
You're so smart! Of course we want to SEE what you're working on. It's beautiful.
Can't wait to see the finished piece. I'll be at the show and I'd love to see your work in person.
